In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States.
Our primary servers and the servers of our service providers are located in the European Union. However, some of our service providers — including Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited, which provides cloud infrastructure (Firebase, Google Cloud Platform), authentication, push notification, and related services for the Danzer app — operate global infrastructure that may process or store personal information in the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, please be aware that your information, including personal information, may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us and our service providers in countries that may not have the same data protection laws as your country of residence.
We have taken appropriate safeguards to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws. These safeguards include:
- Contractual safeguards with our service providers, incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for transfers to countries that have not received an adequacy decision, and/or reliance on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and/or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where our service providers are certified participants; and
- Technical and organisational measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, authentication requirements for all access to personal information, and role-based access controls limiting which staff, dance schools, or organizers can view specific categories of data.
You may request further information about these safeguards by contacting us at support@lamacloud.eu.
